CREW SMPS Joint Event

In the 2025–26 school year, United Way of the Midlands served 17 schools through literacy and STEM programming, reaching 9,000+ students. Depending on the school, 35–85% of students are economically disadvantaged. Teachers often spend $500–$900 annually out of pocket on classroom supplies, and rising costs continue to increase the burden on educators filling basic resource gaps.
