Will Schenk is Director of Research for Colliers, where he leads statewide commercial real estate market intelligence that informs executive decision-making across South Carolina. Partnering closely with senior brokerage and advisory teams, Will translates economic, policy, and real estate data into strategic insight for investors, occupiers, and growth-focused organizations. His work supports an expansion strategy, risk evaluation and competitive positioning. A Clemson University graduate, Will brings a forward-looking, analytical perspective to the market forces shaping 2025 and beyond.
