Shelley Smith is an AEC marketing strategist and storyteller with 15 years of experience helping firms communicate their value and win work. She is currently a senior marketing manager at McMillan Pazdan Smith, where she focuses on content strategy, brand positioning, and data-driven marketing. Shelley is also an active member of SMPS Palmetto. She is passionate about the benefits of AI in AEC marketing and using clear narratives and thoughtful AI tools to elevate how firms engage audiences and differentiate in competitive markets.
